You can change your appearance in different ways: by choosing clothes, changing your hairstyle.

Instructions
Step 1
Perhaps the best program for choosing hairstyles and makeup is TAAZ. In it, you can drag the outline for the hairstyle, due to which the hairstyle fits neatly, edit the contours of the eyes and lips, so the makeup looks natural, choose makeup for Halloween. Prices are also approximate and brands of cosmetics.
Step 2
To edit the lip contour, for example, you need to move the mouse to the top of the image.
Step 3
You can also choose ready-made hair and makeup styles, like those of celebrities.
Step 4
The second program was previously known as Makeover Solutions - based on celebrity hairstyles and makeup. Go to Photo - select a photo without a background (Photo 3 * 4 will do).

After choosing HAIR and MAKEUP, I noticed that eye makeup looks rather unnatural:

I would also like to tell you about the Cool Makeover program. This is not just a change in appearance, this is a photo collage, a transfer to another era, a dimension, into a fairy tale.
Usually I go to mail.ru in My World in the Games section. Then everything is simple: upload your photo 3 * 4, adjust the size using the arrows, choose a background, hairstyle and clothes: womens, fantasy, retro.
Step 7
You can also move the hairstyle and clothes by holding the mouse, resize by holding Shift: enter up - the object decreases, down - increases. The outline of the clothing or hairstyle is then highlighted in green.
Step 8
You can also make a New Year card using the New Year's Background or using the Frame: go to the Correction-Plugins-Frames / Elements menu and select the New Year frame.
Step 9
I was pleasantly surprised that the program has layers to arrange the elements of the frame, clothes, hair. For example, a Christmas frame with Santa Claus on reindeer should be behind the person. Select Adjustments / Plugins-Layers / Elements, select the Frame element and click the Down button.
