Blue clay perfectly restores hair structure, nourishes and strengthens hair roots, gives shine and smoothness. To make such a mask, you need a small spoonful of clay, which must be mixed with a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of butter, and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Add one egg yolk and mix thoroughly until smooth. Apply the mask to the scalp and massage in circular motions. Put on a plastic cap and wrap your head in a warm towel. Leave it on for a couple of hours, then wash off with warm water and shampoo.
Blue clay moisturizes and softens the skin, cleanses it from acne and tones, whitens and smoothes wrinkles, fights bacteria, in general, it is a miracle remedy for the health of your skin. Take two tablespoons of blue clay (with a slide) and dilute with mineral water - you should get a consistency that resembles thick sour cream. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the composition and mix well. Apply the mask all over the face, avoiding the eye area. The duration of the procedure is 15 minutes (no more), rinse off the mask with lukewarm water and pat your face with a soft towel. It is recommended to use this remedy twice a week.
Blue clay will do a great job with cellulite: dilute the clay with warm water, add a couple of drops of orange essential oil. Take a hot bath or shower before your procedure to maximize your pores. Apply a thick layer of clay to problem areas of the body (belly, thighs or buttocks), dampen the strips of cloth and wrap over the clay, wrap cling film on top. To create a sauna effect, wrap yourself in a warm blanket and lie down for an hour. Rinse off remaining clay with cool water to tighten pores.
Blue clay can get rid of acne, improve complexion and even skin with regular use of the following mask: Add three drops of apple cider vinegar and some cold boiled water to half a tablespoon of blue clay to form a thick slurry when stirring. Apply it on your face and, after ten minutes, wash off with cold water.
