At night, facial muscles relax, cell regeneration and their ability to take in nutrients are improved. That is why this time of day is best for skin care, and night masks are considered the most effective.

Night masks should be applied to the face skin that has been previously cleansed of dirt and makeup. You can also massage your face or deep cleanse with a steam bath before the procedure. Curd mask
In a separate bowl, preferably glass, mix 2 tbsp. village cottage cheese and 1 tbsp. heated olive oil. Then add 1 tbsp. warm boiled milk and a pinch of fine sea salt without flavorings. In the morning, remove the remnants of the mask with a cotton swab dipped in warm chamomile broth, or wash yourself with non-carbonated mineral water.
Oil regenerating mask
This recipe for a night mask is suitable for the care of aging skin. Heat 1 tablespoon in a water bath. cocoa butter, then mix it with 1 tsp. almond and apricot oil. At the very end, add 2 tsp. olive oil and ½ tsp. jojoba oil. Apply the oil mixture evenly to the skin and leave it on overnight. Wash yourself with warm water in the morning.
Mask for dry skin
Use a blender to grind one overripe banana fruit. Mix it with 1 tbsp. honey until smooth. Apply the banana mass evenly on your face, keep it until morning and rinse it off with warm water.
