Using bananas, you can carry out real spa treatments. It used to be considered that bananas should only be eaten, because they contain a huge amount of nutrients, minerals, vitamins. Now this fruit is also used to maintain external beauty.

Various masks and creams are made from banana pulp. They are used for procedures that can easily rival those offered by elite beauty salons in terms of effectiveness.

1. Take one or two kilograms of beautiful and ripe bananas, peel them and grind the pulp into mashed potatoes using a grater, blender or other available means. Since you will be doing the spa treatment, you will need natural and essential oils. Add 3 tablespoons of almond oil to the resulting banana puree. Pour the mixture into a warm water bath. This gruel should dissolve there, due to which the water will be saturated with useful substances. To plunge headlong into pleasure, you can add your favorite essential oil to the water (a few drops). SPA procedures involve not only the process of caring for the body and skin, but also the effect of aromas on your psychological state. This is why choosing your favorite oil scent can take you into the world of the banana miracle. Before such a bath, it is recommended to exfoliate the skin with a scrub, which can be purchased in a store or done on your own. So you cleanse your skin of keratinized particles, and it will absorb the beneficial substances as much as possible. Also pay attention to the banana wraps, which are designed to restore the natural skin regulation process, tighten and tone, and also relax it.

2. Take a few ripe bananas and mash them in mashed potatoes, to which add a couple of teaspoons of peach oil. Apply this mixture to the body in a thin layer, wrap these areas with plastic and warm them (cover with a blanket or put on a warm robe). After 40 minutes, wash off the puree with cool water.

3. Grind a few bananas into the gruel. Take sugar-free yogurt (or cream) and add 5 tablespoons to the gruel. Pour 2 tablespoons of oatmeal here. Mix everything, apply a thin layer to the skin, cover with a film and warm up. You can wash off the gruel after 40 minutes with cool water.
