Hair lamination is a very popular and effective procedure that is performed in beauty salons and is very expensive. Not every girl will be able to afford this luxury, but you really want to have smooth, healthy and beautiful hair. But don't despair. Hair lamination can be done independently and at home. And best of all, it only requires the most readily available and inexpensive ingredients.
The procedure will require:
- 2-3 tablespoons of gelatin (depending on the length of the hair). If you have very long hair (below the shoulder blades), then 5 tablespoons.
- 10 tablespoons of hot boiled water. If possible, prepare silver water for this procedure. To do this, immerse any silver object, for example, a spoon, in water for a day.
- 2 tablespoons of hair balm. Choose a quality balm that moisturizes and softens your hair and scalp. Remember that quality does not mean expensive. From balms at democratic prices, you can choose, for example, "Revivor". It costs about 60 rubles, but the quality is not inferior to expensive cosmetics.
Pour gelatin into hot water. Stir it well so that there are no lumps left. When all parts of the mixture are dissolved, put it in a water bath (or microwave) for a couple of minutes. But do not boil under any circumstances! Let the mixture cool.
Before starting the procedure, wash your hair with shampoo and hair balm. Rinse your hair with cool water. Dry your head lightly with a towel. Add hair balm to the gelatin mixture and stir thoroughly. Apply to hair and spread throughout the entire length. But be sure to step back 1 cm from the hair roots all over the head. Gently twist your hair into a knot and wrap it in a plastic wrap or bag. Put on a warm hat on top or wrap a terry towel. Rinse off the mixture thoroughly after 50 minutes. Do not blow dry your hair, let it dry naturally.
After this procedure, the hair becomes smooth, shiny and strong. The styling turns out to be voluminous and last much longer. Hair lamination can be repeated 1-2 times a month. Not more often!
