With the help of hair dye, you can freshen the color of curls, hide gray hair or radically change your image. But, unfortunately, dyeing has one significant drawback - it damages and weakens the hair. In order for the colored strands to be healthy and beautiful, their care must be more gentle and thorough.

Step 1

Protect hair from high temperatures Avoid curling and blow-drying. If the need for styling remains, then use special thermal styling products that protect hair from moisture loss during heat exposure.

Step 2

Brush Your Hair Correctly If you have long hair, start brushing at the ends, gradually moving down to the roots. Never comb wet hair, as it is most susceptible to damage and breakage. Use natural bristle combs.

Step 3

Do a scalp massage This pleasant procedure increases blood flow to the hair follicles, which is good for the general condition of the hair. Divide your hair into small sections and pull each of them up a little, keeping your fingers at the roots. Tilt your head forward and use the pads of your fingers to make circular movements, starting in the neck area and working your way up to the top of your head. Pay special attention to the temporal area. Massage for 5-10 minutes, then comb your hair gently.

Step 4

Use revitalizing hair masks Mix 300 ml of yoghurt with 2 tablespoons. olive oil and 2-3 drops of lavender and rosemary oil. Apply the resulting mixture to your hair for 30-40 minutes. Sour milk can be replaced with kefir.

Step 5

Crumble 200-300 g of black bread, add 600-700 ml of hot water and leave this bread mass for 6-7 hours, then add 2 egg yolks. Apply the mask to your hair, and after 30-40 minutes wash your hair with clean warm water.
