But a couple of hours after dinner, in the calm, cozy atmosphere of your own home, you inevitably want to "grab" a couple of cakes with tea, a ham sandwich or a slice of fried chicken. However, everything that is eaten in the evening and in excess of the daily calorie intake will be deposited in the unsympathetic "handles" on the hips and "backpack" in the lower abdomen. There are techniques to trick the feeling of hunger and go to sleep on an empty stomach - as physiologists recommend.

Step 1

Drink tea. When you feel hungry, make yourself a cup of good aromatic tea - green or herbal - chamomile, for example. The hot liquid will calm the stomach, relieve hunger.

Step 2

Drink water. Mineral water with a small amount of lemon juice will fill an empty stomach, effectively creating the illusion of satiety.

Step 3

Do your exercises. For example, the bodyflex complex. Or just squat for 10-15 minutes. Not only will you improve your physical fitness, but you will also prevent your evening binge eating session. After playing sports, as a rule, I do not want to eat.

Step 4

Take a hot soothing bath with essential oils (ylang-ylang, patchouli, rose, jasmine oils are suitable), sea salt, foam. This will also help overcome the urge to make yourself a sandwich or two. Warm water will also calm and relax you, preparing the body for a good night's rest. Important: do not take a bath for more than 15-20 minutes and make sure that the water temperature remains within the "physiological" range of 37-39 degrees.

Light the aroma lamp. The soothing aromas of essential oils of cinnamon, lemongrass, patchouli (best used in combination with ylang-ylang, sandalwood, jasmine), vanilla, and grapefruit are excellent at dulling hunger.

Step 6

Avoid spicy foods for dinner. They cause an increased appetite, which will make you either eat too much or start suffering from hunger immediately after you get up from the table.

Step 7

If, like many today, you keep light snacks on the table - vases with nuts, dried fruits, sweets, crackers and chips, then remove them out of sight in the late afternoon. Don't put your willpower to the test.

Step 8

Brush your teeth. The acquired reflex will work: you cannot eat after cleaning your teeth. You can also use sugar substitute chewing gum. Having chewed sweet, you will deceive the feeling of hunger for a while. But don't get carried away if you don't want to get gastritis.
