In the fight against the "orange peel", both purchased anti-cellulite products and time-tested home-made products can be used. For example, cocoa butter has been used to achieve remarkable results.

The uniqueness of cocoa butter as an anti-cellulite agent is explained by the fact that it acts simultaneously in several directions. First, it softens and moisturizes the skin, leaving it firm and smooth. Secondly, the caffeine present in the composition of this oil, penetrating into the skin, accelerates the burning of fats and increases muscle tone, making the "orange peel" less noticeable. In addition, caffeine removes excess fluid from the body, therefore, procedures using cocoa butter are indicated for a tendency to edema.

Cocoa butter can be used in pure form (wraps) and as a component of an anti-cellulite product.

Cocoa butter wraps

Take 2-3 tbsp. cocoa butter and melt it in a water bath (the recommended temperature is 40 ° C - 43 ° C). After the oil is cooled to 36 ° C - 37 ° C, if desired, it is enriched with one tablespoon of honey and an anti-cellulite composition is applied to the prepared skin. To enhance the effect, the body is wrapped in food-grade plastic wrap and wrapped in a blanket. After 25-27 minutes, take a warm shower. After the first procedure, the skin will become hydrated and elastic. It is recommended to carry out such anti-cellulite wraps twice a week for 1, 5-2 months in a row.

Cocoa butter cream

An anti-cellulite product made from the following components has proven itself well:

- cocoa butter (2 tablespoons);

- olive oil (2 tablespoons);

- coconut oil (2 tablespoons);

- aromatic orange oil (8-10 drops).

Cocoa butter melted in a water bath is mixed with olive and coconut oil. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and slightly cooled, and then enriched with essential oil. A cosmetic product prepared according to this recipe is used as a massage oil. Apply it on clean and well-steamed skin of problem areas with a thin layer and intensively massage the body for 3-5 minutes. After such a procedure, you should not take a shower: the rest of the oil mixture should be completely absorbed. The recommended frequency of anti-cellulite treatments is twice a week.

Also, in the fight against the "orange peel", a cream made from the following ingredients can be used:

- 30 g of cocoa butter;

- 1 tbsp. olive oil;

- 30 g of beeswax;

- 30 ml of coconut oil;

- 30 g of shea butter;

- 5 drops of lemon wormwood aromatic oil;

- 5 drops of rosemary essential oil;

- 5 drops of orange aromatic oil;

- 5 drops of ginger essential oil.

Finely grated beeswax is placed in a water bath and melted. Then shea butter, coconut oil and cocoa butter are added to it, continue to cook in a water bath until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Then the container with the mixture is removed from the stove and enriched with olive oil. After another 10-13 minutes, add aromatic oils to the mixture and beat it well with a whisk. Apply the finished product to the problem area, rubbing it intensively for 5-10 minutes. Such anti-cellulite procedures should be performed twice a day (in the morning and before bedtime): after a month, the "orange peel" will become barely noticeable. The cream prepared according to this recipe should be stored in a tightly closed glass container in the refrigerator for no more than 3 months.
