Natural hair products are great because they are inexpensive and only benefit your hair. Rye flour can be used to make a mild hair shampoo, after which you do not need to use a balm. It perfectly cleans hair, strengthens it, enriching it with nutrients.
It is necessary
- - rye flour - 5 tablespoons
- - nettle leaves - 1 tablespoon
- - chamomile flowers - 1 tablespoon
- - essential oil of ylang-ylang and orange
- - nylon sock
Take a tablespoon of dried nettles and a tablespoon of chamomile flowers. A decoction of nettle promotes the growth and strengthening of hair. And chamomile gives the hair shine and has a nourishing effect on them. These herbs can be purchased over the counter. Pour in purified water and put on low heat. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat and leave the broth to infuse.
After the broth has cooled slightly, pour it into a convenient cup and add five tablespoons of rye flour. Flour should be rye, wheat flour will not wash off your hair. Stir well with a whisk to avoid lumps.
Add a couple of drops of ylang ylang or orange oil. Do not overdo it to prevent your hair from becoming greasy after this shampoo. The shampoo is ready, now you need to strain it. This is done through a nylon sock. After straining, the mixture becomes very delicate, airy and fragrant. You can use it as a mask, leaving it on the roots and hair length from five minutes to half an hour. This shampoo can be poured into a bottle and kept in the refrigerator for up to four days.
