Women love to experiment with hair color and hairstyle, to change dramatically in order to fascinate and attract admiring men's looks. Perms, frequent use of an iron or hair dryer, lightening and discoloration of hair - all these factors can burn hair and make it dull, dry, brittle and lifeless. So how do you restore burned-out strands?
It is necessary
- - Castor oil;
- - liquid soap or shampoo;
- - aloe juice;
- - apple cider vinegar and lemon juice;
- - olive oil;
- - an egg;
- - honey;
- - horsetail;
- - mayonnaise;
- - a complex of vitamins.
Burnt hair needs hydration and repair, and masks work best with this. Mix a tablespoon of castor oil with a tablespoon of liquid soap or shampoo. Add a teaspoon of aloe juice and heat gently in a water bath. Massage the mixture into your scalp with your fingertips. Spread the rest over the entire length of the hair, leave the mask for thirty minutes. Then wash off the composition with regular shampoo, rinse your hair with water with the addition of apple cider vinegar and lemon juice (one tablespoon of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar per liter of water).
Comb your hair thoroughly before washing your hair. Choose the right care products. Balm, shampoo and conditioner should be labeled “for damaged hair” or “moisturizing”. The composition should include amino acids, plant proteins, creatine and glutamic acid. All these products are aimed at filling the hair with moisture as much as possible.
Mix a tablespoon of olive oil with one chicken egg. Add a teaspoon of honey and beat thoroughly. Lightly moisturize your hair and apply the prepared mask, rub into the roots and distribute over all hair. Put on a plastic cap and wrap your head with a towel, leave for half an hour. After this time, wash off the mixture with a moisturizing shampoo. Don't forget to use conditioner. Rinse your hair daily with horsetail infusion (four tablespoons of horsetail per liter of water).
See a specialist at a beauty salon. Professional treatment for burned hair includes mesotherapy, laser therapy and other types of procedures. Such modern techniques are able to show you excellent results in just a few sessions. Hair will look well-groomed and healthy. But you will need a lot of free time and a large amount of money.
Another way to restore burnt hair after bleaching or perming is to use regular mayonnaise. To do this, apply it to the entire length of the hair half an hour before shampooing. Natural juices from fruits and vegetables are good for healthy hair. Take a vitamin complex containing zinc, calcium and biotin.
