Argan oil is often chosen for hair care. This is due to its moisturizing effect. It is suitable for permed and dyed damaged hair, as well as dry hair. With constant use, the oil regenerates, nourishes and renews the hair structure. In addition, it has a positive effect on the scalp.

This oil is produced from the inside of the pits of the fruit of Argania, otherwise the iron tree. Interestingly, this plant can be found only in one place in the world - in Morocco. The inhabitants of the country pick the fruits themselves and make butter from it. Only then is the product exported. The export of any parts of a rare tree from the country is strictly prohibited.
Argan oil is one of the best healing agents used to strengthen and heal hair. In addition, it perfectly protects hair from aggressive external influences.
All work, from harvesting fruits to making the final product, is manual labor. For this reason, real argan oil is quite expensive. But it also brings much more tangible benefits to the hair and scalp than its many fakes and cheap counterparts.
Argan oil, penetrating into the hair, restores its structure, transforms the appearance, transforming brittle, damaged and split ends into thick and healthy hair, improves the blood supply to the hair follicles, protects from the adverse external environment; nourishes and moisturizes the scalp; restores the secretion of the sebaceous glands; has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antifungal effects.
Argan oil is 70-80% composed of unsaturated fatty acids such as palminic, linoleic and oleic acids. They have a healing, rejuvenating effect on the hair. The oil also contains other beneficial substances, among which are sterols, tocopherols and phenolic compounds, shottenol and alpha-spinasterol, triglycerides. In addition, it contains antioxidants, vitamins A, E, F, antibiotics and fungicides.
Sterols protect against UV radiation, reduce inflammation and improve scalp protection. Tocopherols and phenolic compounds are antioxidants. Shottenol and alpha-spinasterol help in the regeneration of skin cells. And triglycerides soothe and soften the scalp. All these elements help the hair to transform, make it shiny and manageable. The complex effect promotes the restoration of scalp cells and the growth of excellent hair.
Real argan oil has a spicy nut scent and an amber yellow color with a sheen of red to gold.
The procedure for applying oil to the hair is simple. On well-washed hair, apply a few drops of argan oil and rub. There is no need to wash off the oil, as it does not leave greasy marks and is instantly absorbed.
For best results, argan oil can be used in conjunction with other oils. Add, for example, a few drops of grape seed oil, almond oil, or rose oil to it. In this case, the mixture should be slightly warmed up and applied to dry or damp hair. After 30-50 minutes, the hair must be washed with shampoo.
In order to strengthen the hair, you can make another mask. To do this, a small amount of argan oil must be mixed with the same volume of burdock oil. Massage into the scalp. Keep the mask for 30 minutes, and then rinse.
