A few simple rules, following which, you will help your hair look much better.
Instructions
Step 1
There is a misconception that the more often you wash your head, the faster it gets dirty again - in fact, this is not the case. In any case, hair should be washed when the need arises - at least every day.
Step 2
Do not wash your hair with hot water - the high temperature increases the work of the sebaceous glands, so the hair becomes more oily. The optimum temperature for washing is considered to be 35-38 degrees Celsius.
Step 3
Rinsing your hair with cold water and a little vinegar after washing will add shine to your hair.
Step 4
Shampoo is applied only to the scalp, rubbed in with gentle circular movements, and the resulting foam is already distributed along the entire length. A balm or mask, on the other hand, should be applied, slightly receding from the roots.
Step 5
It is better not to add shampoo than to pour it over. The approximate amount of the product for long hair should fit in a dessert spoon, for medium-length hair - one and a half teaspoons, for short - in one teaspoon.
Step 6
Hair should be brushed an average of three times a day: in the morning, in the evening and once during the day. If you do this too often and with special zeal, the hair will begin to get dirty, split and even thinner faster.
Step 7
Avoid frequent use of 2-in-1 products - they can weigh down your hair. It is better to choose two separate products, but from the same company. Leave "2 in 1" for travel.
Step 8
To keep your hair healthy, strong and shiny, regularly include whole grains and breads, dairy products, fish and nuts in your diet.
