When hair falls into handfuls and this process cannot be stopped, it is necessary to approach the problem in stages:

1. Change the diet to one that provides all the essential nutrients the body needs. Supplement minerals, vitamins and fatty acids in the body. During this period, it is best to avoid highly processed foods and any unnatural additives.

2. It is worth cutting the curls by a few centimeters so that they do not burden the bulbs with their own weight, which will slightly reduce their loss, and also short hair will regenerate faster.

3. It is necessary to postpone drying with electric dryers due to the fact that too high air temperature damages the curls. Or use cooler air for drying.

4. Hair should be moisturized whenever possible, for example, in the evening you can apply a mask or oil, then wash your hair and apply conditioner. This will greatly strengthen them and allow them to recover during sleep.

5. Do not forget about caring for the scalp, which must also be moisturized so that the hair follicles are well nourished and not contaminated, therefore gentle scrubs are important to cleanse and safely remove exfoliated epidermis.

6. During this period, washing and rinsing with hot water should be avoided due to the fact that the high temperature causes sweating and increases the production of sebum, which can make the skin oily and interfere with its free breathing.
