Acne (pimples, pustules) is an inflammation of the sebaceous glands, and often their ducts. Acne is more common in people with oily skin. Often the consequences of acne are scars that spoil the appearance. To avoid this, it is necessary to cleanse your face from time to time from acne. There are several simple ways, which one you choose is entirely up to you.
Mechanical cleaning The procedure is effective and quick, but quite painful. Steam your face over a pot of hot water, covering with a handkerchief or towel. You can add chamomile flowers or chamomile to the boiling water. When the pores on your face are open enough, use clean hands to gently squeeze the blackheads out. At the end of the procedure, apply a tightening mask (for example, from healing clay) to the face, hold it until completely dry, rinse with warm water, pat your face with a soft napkin and lubricate with a nourishing cream.
Peeling This is the second most popular method of cleansing the face for acne. It is divided into two types. Chemical peeling
Special substances come to the rescue, which, when applied to the face, dissolve the top layer of the skin, which is subsequently removed along with the dead cells. It is better if such a procedure is carried out by a professional cosmetologist, although with strict adherence to the proportions and rules for using the product, chemical peeling can also be done at home.
A recognized and well-known type of such peeling is brossage, performed with the help of special brushes. At the same time, the skin of the face is subjected not only to cleansing, but also to massage, which also has a beneficial effect on acne prone skin. If you have a brush set at home, you can do this at home. In addition to clean skin of the face, you will get great pleasure, because this procedure is very pleasant.
Ultrasonic and vacuum cleaning This service appeared relatively recently and is considered at the moment the least traumatic way of cleansing the skin of the face from acne. Moreover, the effect of it persists for a long time. Make an appointment with a beautician, he will carry out the procedure quickly and efficiently, and all you have to do is maintain the effect by visiting a beauty salon or clinic every month.
