Both women and men look after the beauty of their bodies. A problem that arises for many - large, swollen veins in the arms (varicose veins) - this is not only ugly, but also unhealthy. How to treat arm veins?
Stand up straight. Spread your arms to the sides. Clench your fists 40 times with your palm down, and then 40 times with your palm up. Then rotate your arms back and forth for a while. Raise your hands. Repeat the same movements as at the beginning of the exercise, while describing a circle. This complex effectively acts on the walls of blood vessels and the muscles of the hands.
Prepare a hand bath with hot water (approximately 60 degrees). Prepare a second bath with cold water (the size of the baths should allow not only the hand to be lowered into them, but also about half of the forearm of the hand).
Dip your hands in a hot water bath for 1-2 minutes. Then place your hands in a bath of cold water for 2 minutes. Repeat this procedure, alternating between heat and cold, at least 3 times. The temperature contrast will cause alternately the expansion and contraction of the vessels. This will have a positive effect on vascular tone.
Take a tablespoon of hop cones, chop them and pour boiling water over them. Then heat this mixture in a water bath for 20 minutes. Drink 1 glass of the resulting broth before meals.
Mix equal amounts of arnica and hazel bark. Pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture with 600 ml of boiling water. Let stand in a thermos for 10-12 hours. After that, drink half a glass 3 times a day.
Grate or chop 250 grams of garlic and fill them with 350 grams of honey. Insist this mixture for about 2 weeks, then take 1 teaspoon half an hour before meals. Two months after the start of application, the condition of the veins in the arms should improve, the vascular tone should return to normal. The dilated and inelastic walls of the veins will tighten and stop swelling on the surface of the hands.
Use medications: venoton, troxizin, heparin ointment, lioton gel.
