Despite the abundance of creams and gels to combat acne, traces often remain at the site of inflamed pores and sometimes cause a lot of trouble. Masking redness is problematic. But it is quite possible to remove them at home. Surely your kitchen has everything you need for one of the many recipes.
It is necessary
- - White clay;
- - lemon juice;
- - honey;
- - cinnamon;
- - green clay;
- - rosemary oil;
- - cucumber juice;
- - cucumber lotion;
- - alcohol;
- - Apple vinegar.
Take half a tablespoon of cosmetic white clay and mix with two teaspoons of lemon juice. Apply the resulting mixture to areas of redness and hold without rinsing for about fifteen minutes. Then carefully remove the remnants of the mask with a cotton swab dipped in warm water. Lemon has a powerful whitening effect and white clay has a soothing effect on the skin. In this case, the redness becomes much less noticeable, and the inflamed pore heals.
For a more gentle removal of residual inflammation, use a more gentle mask. Take one tablespoon of honey and some cinnamon. Pound the mixture thoroughly until the components are completely dissolved in each other. Apply the resulting mass with a cotton swab to the acne marks. You will need to keep this mask a little longer - it will be possible to remove the mixture from the skin only 20 minutes after application. Despite the fact that this mask will be quite viscous, and it will be quite difficult to wash it, you should not rub the skin too much. It is best to soak a cotton swab in more warm water.
It helps well in the fight against acne marks and green clay. Dilute 0.5 tablespoon of green clay with cold water so that a creamy mass is obtained, add a few drops of rosemary oil to it. Apply the mixture to the damaged area for 10 minutes. After washing off the mask, apply moisturizer to your face. Full course - 4 masks every other day. If necessary, repeat the course in 2 weeks.
Cucumber masks are very effective. Acne marks literally become paler before our eyes, inflammation disappears, redness subsides. Purchase cucumber lotion from a beauty supply store. Or, make your own cucumber juice and then add a little rubbing alcohol to it. Apply the resulting solution with a cotton swab to the areas affected by inflammation, and leave for a few minutes. Then gently rinse with warm water. You don't need to rinse off cucumber lotion purchased from a cosmetics store.
Use apple cider vinegar (3: 1) diluted with water to wash your face in the morning. If you have old acne scars, soak a gauze pad in this solution and apply on your face for 5 minutes. The inflamed areas will become much less noticeable, the redness will disappear.
