Before you start fighting red spots, heal your skin. There are many products that help cleanse the pores of the skin from impurities. They must be used in the morning and in the evening. There are anti-inflammatory and antibacterial agents. They contain essential oils, chamomile and other herbal ingredients. Consider eating a healthy diet too, as it affects your skin.
Next, start deep cleansing your skin. However, if the first stage of skin healing is not completed, it is better not to proceed with it, as at home you can cause a serious infection. Use scrubs to deeply cleanse your skin. You can buy them in the store, but you can also make them at home. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. burdock, olive or linseed oil in a glass and mix with two tsp. salt. Apply the prepared mixture to the skin of the face.
You should proceed to get rid of red marks. Buy rosemary clay and oil from your local drugstore. Then prepare a mask with these ingredients. Take 1 tbsp. l. clay powder, a couple of drops of cool water oil. Apply the mask only on red acne marks and rinse with water after 11 minutes.
Since red acne spots are associated with skin pigmentation problems, they can be treated by lightening the skin. Take a regular cucumber and apply it to darkened spots for 20 minutes. Another simple remedy for facial blemishes is apple cider vinegar. 1 tbsp. l. dilute vinegar with three tbsp. l. water. Apply the solution to the damage every morning.
Medicinal herbs are a storehouse of useful components, so use them in infusions to combat blemishes on your face. Boil the parsley broth, cool it and pour it into ice-making molds. Wipe your face with prepared ice cubes daily.
An equally effective remedy is an infusion of St. John's wort. 2 tbsp. l. St. John's wort, pour a glass of alcohol. Then put it in a cool and dark place for 10 days. When the infusion is ready, lubricate the affected skin every day. Each person is different, therefore, the same methods of dealing with red spots from acne are not suitable for everyone.
