Raw potatoes can relieve eye and eyelid fatigue. Grate raw potatoes on a fine grater, add two teaspoons of flour and one tablespoon of boiled milk. Keep the prepared mask in front of your eyes for fifteen minutes. Then wash off the mixture and apply a milk compress to the skin.

Milk perfectly cares for the skin around the eyes. To make a milk compress, soak cotton swabs in cooled boiled milk, then place them on your eyelids for ten minutes. Then rinse your eyes and apply a nourishing cream.

To relieve swelling from the eyelids, you can resort to massage techniques. The eyelid massage is very different from the massage of any other part of the body, as the skin around the eyes is very stretchable. In addition, you cannot use a regular massage cream, as it can get into the eye and irritate the mucous membranes. Instead of cream, dilute a quarter teaspoon of honey in half a glass of warm water. - Close your eyes as tightly as possible and hold your breath for the third second. Then exhale sharply and at the same time open your eyes wide. Repeat five times.

- Close your eyes and massage the skin from the nose to the temples in a circular motion.

- With your eyes closed, rotate your eyeballs: ten times clockwise and ten times counterclockwise.

- Extend your thumb to a distance of thirty centimeters in front of your face. Alternately, then with the left, then with the right, then with both eyes, look at the end of the finger for five seconds. Repeat ten times.

- Put your fingertips on your temples and blink quickly ten times. Then close and relax your eyes for six seconds. Repeat three times.
