Getting rid of a rash on your face is not easy. First of all, it is necessary to determine the reason for its appearance. It can be commonplace skin pollution, allergies, lack of vitamins and nutrients, hormonal disruptions or intestinal imbalance.

Instructions

Step 1

Of course, it is better not to experiment with your face and give preference to time-tested means, namely, preparations based on a suspension of sulfur or salicylic acid. The softening, drying and exfoliating effect of these drugs has proven itself well. Moreover, 1-2% (a more concentrated solution is not allowed) salicylic acid is used no more than 2 times a day, preparations based on sulfur - no more than 3 times a day. Resorcinol (2-5% alcohol or water solution) has also proven itself well.

Step 2

Modern anti-rash creams and gels are distinguished by a complex composition with various active ingredients: topical antibiotics, azelaic acid, benzoyl peroxide, etc. They are characterized by additional skin hydration and pronounced suppression of irritation in comparison with traditional means.

Step 3

Unconventional remedies in the fight against a rash on the face are very exotic. For example, garlic gruel with a characteristic odor can also cause unpleasant additional "surprises" on the face. In any case, it takes time for the first signs of a cure for the rash, and full recovery can come only after several weeks of regular use of the drug.

Step 4

It is possible to consolidate the success of the cure only when the factors causing the appearance of the rash are minimized, and for this: - wash your face no more than 2-3 times a day, because frequent contact of your skin with water can cause rashes (especially if the water in your area is not of very high quality);

- In the morning on an empty stomach, drink a glass of water, which will help cleanse the intestines;

- it is advisable to drink a glass of kefir some time after water, thereby saturating the intestines with beneficial bacteria;

- drink at least 2 liters of water (still) a day;

- the diet should be saturated with vegetables, fruits, herbs, cereals. Cut out coffee, black tea, convenience foods, chips, and alcohol. Smoking can also be a negative factor;

- undergo an examination by a dermatologist to establish an accurate diagnosis.
