Step 1

To cleanse the pores of the face, you can use the Dead Sea mud, which must first be warmed up in a water bath. Take a hot shower to open the pores and dry your face dry. Apply Dead Sea Mud to your face and leave for 15-20 minutes. After that, rinse with cool water and immediately apply the scrub, gently massage and rinse. After 10 minutes, apply a moisturizer to your face. Try not to sweat for three hours.

Step 2

The most effective way to remove blackheads is manual extrusion, which should be done no more than once a week. But this should be done rather carefully so as not to damage the skin and follow some rules. The first step is to steam your face. Brew two tablespoons of chamomile in a glass of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes. Add this broth to a bowl of hot water. Bring your face to the basin and wrap yourself in a towel. Steam the face in this way for 10-15 minutes. After that, wash your hands thoroughly with laundry soap, it is advisable to wipe it with more alcohol and start squeezing out the black dots. Wipe face with cleansing lotion. The next task is to narrow the pores, for this you can use special face masks, or you can wipe the skin with an ordinary ice cube.

Step 3

Another effective way to remove blackheads. Take a small piece of cotton wool, wet and lather it with baby soap. Then dip it in baking soda or fine salt and rub gently in a circular motion for a couple of minutes on the places where the comedone is formed. Leave the soap and baking soda on your face for another 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water. After 10 minutes, rub the face with hydrogen peroxide. And as usual, apply a mask to narrow the pores on the face according to the instructions. Wash off the mask with cool water and apply a moisturizer to your face.

Step 4

The simplest version of the mask is kefir. Apply kefir on the face and leave for 5-10 minutes. Or just wash your face with kefir twice a day. Kefir contains acids that will help dissolve sebum.
