Discard semi-finished products. Have dinner no later than 3 hours before bed. Try not to include simple carbohydrates in your evening meal. Include as many vegetables as possible in your diet, and eat 1-2 fresh fruits a day.

Don't forget to be physically active. If you don't have time to go to the gym, take at least 20 minutes a day to exercise at home. Do the cleaning while listening to rhythmic music. Spend at least 20 minutes a day walking at a brisk pace.

We tilt the head back to the maximum distance, the neck is tense, the lower lip continuously stretches upward. We fix this position for 10 seconds, then slowly return to the starting position. Repeat 7 times.

Exercise 3. Starting position - sitting on a chair, back straight, head straight, gaze directed forward. Press the pencil tightly with your lips. Now we begin to write out all the letters of the alphabet in order in the air, while the neck and head should remain motionless. It is believed that such an exercise tightens the oval of the face well.

Massage

For this, there are special cervical trainers - they stimulate blood flow, due to which the skin on the neck and chin becomes more elastic and taut, and fat goes away faster. The massager should be used every other day for 10-15 minutes with movements strictly from bottom to top.

Important! Pay attention to the pillow you're sleeping on. Ideally, it should be orthopedic. One of the most comfortable are polyurethane pillows. But it is better to refuse feathers - they are too loose and tend to accumulate allergens in themselves.
