Homemade anti-aging masks are in great demand. Indeed, such cosmetics are easy to prepare, safe and effective. For face rejuvenation, for example, you can use milk.
Milk has a diverse chemical composition. It contains over 200 different biologically active components: lactose, amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins C, B and D, copper, fluorine, arsenic, iodine, bromine, etc. Thanks to such a rich composition, milk is suitable for the care of any type of skin: it soothes inflamed skin, moisturizes and nourishes it, whitens and rejuvenates.
For facial skin care, it is recommended to use fresh cow's milk that has not been sterilized or pasteurized. If such milk is not available, a pasteurized product can be used.
It is very useful to wash your face with milk. This "milky" procedure looks like this: first, they wash their face with cool water, then for a minute the skin is wiped with a cotton swab dipped in milk. Then they wash themselves with diluted milk (the ratio of water and milk is 1: 1) and wipe their face with a napkin. Then the dried skin is covered with a moisturizer. After such procedures, the skin becomes velvety, soft and elastic, and wrinkles are barely noticeable.
If the skin is flaky or inflamed, it is better to dilute the milk for washing with lime or chamomile infusion (the ratio of milk and infusion is 1: 1).
Milk-strawberry mask, made from the following components, has a firming and rejuvenating effect:
- 2 tbsp. milk;
Fragrant berries are ground in a blender into gruel, then take 3 tbsp. strawberry mass and mixed with milk. The nutrient mixture is applied to prepared skin and left for 20-25 minutes. The recommended frequency of these anti-aging treatments is twice a week. The result will not be long in coming: the skin will become tender, like that of a baby, and tightened, and wrinkles will be smoothed out.
Also, for face rejuvenation, it is recommended to use a milk mask prepared according to the following recipe, for which you will need:
- 1, 5-3 tbsp. wheat flour;
- egg yolk.
Slightly warmed milk is mixed with flour (a homogeneous mixture should be obtained, resembling sour cream in consistency). After that, the composition is enriched with whipped yolk and the components are thoroughly mixed again. Next, the anti-aging agent is applied to cleansed skin and left for 20-25 minutes. Wash off the mask with cool water acidified with lemon juice (1 tablespoon of lemon juice is taken for 1 liter of water).
In addition, a milk mask will help to restore youth and beauty to the skin of the face, which contains the following products:
- 2 tbsp. milk;
- small carrots;
- 2 tsp olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. cottage cheese.
Juice is squeezed out of carrots. Take 1 tbsp. carrot juice and mixed with milk, cottage cheese and olive oil warmed to room temperature. The finished mixture is applied to prepared skin, left for 18-20 minutes and washed off with warm water. These procedures are recommended to be performed 1-2 times a week.
An excellent result is obtained by using a milk-melon mask, for the preparation of which you need to take:
- some milk;
- 2 tbsp. melon pulp.
The melon pulp is well ground and mixed with milk. The resulting mixture is applied to the face and left for 20-25 minutes. Wash off the anti-aging agent with warm water. The recommended frequency of these procedures is twice a week.
