Drink at least 2 liters of fluid a day. Give preference to fresh juices, green tea, and still water. Avoid coffee, strong black tea, sodas, and alcohol. At night, drink an infusion of chamomile flowers: 1 tsp. pour a glass of boiling water.

Monitor the work of the gastrointestinal tract. The body must regularly get rid of toxins. To improve bowel function, prepare a mixture of 300 g of chopped prunes, 50 g of senna leaves (one pharmacy pack), 100 g of vodka and 2 tbsp. honey. Consume one teaspoon after dinner. Store this mixture in the refrigerator.

Cleanse your skin regularly with products that are appropriate for your skin type. Make a special mask at least twice a week: add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt and baking soda to 1 cup of oatmeal crushed in a coffee grinder. In 1 tbsp. mix, add 3 tbsp. water. Stir well and apply to skin. After 10-15 minutes, wash off the mask with warm water.
