To do this, you just need to eat right. Limit food with artificial colors, soda, sweets, fatty and salty foods. If you cannot live without coffee, then replace instant coffee with high-quality ground coffee. If you are a sweet tooth, then replace caramel and chocolate with dried fruits and honey, they contain a large amount of nutrients. Protein is also the basis of beautiful skin, so eat steamed fish, meat, poultry, and if you are not a lover of animal products, then be sure to eat nuts, legumes, buckwheat - they also contain a huge amount of minerals and B vitamins.

If you eat right, take proper care of your skin, and are no longer a teenager, and acne still annoys you, then it makes sense to contact an endocrinologist. A variety of hormonal disorders can cause bad skin. Moreover, it is worth checking not only sex hormones, but also adrenal and thyroid hormones (and especially if you are also prone to being overweight).

What should be the treatment for problem skin? The basis for healthy, rash-free skin is gentle and thorough cleansing. Unfortunately, there is a widespread misconception that oily skin can be cleaned with aggressive products containing alcohol and alkali. This is fundamentally wrong, since in response to harsh soaps and alcohol lotions, the skin responds with increased production of fat. All products should be gentle, because the natural protection of the skin is necessary to fight inflammation. You should also not overdo it with scrubs: they should be used no more than a couple of times a week. It is good if natural antiseptic ingredients, for example, aloe or tea tree oil, are present in the selected care series. Timely cleanse the skin of cosmetics, tone it up and be sure to moisturize it: it will become noticeably better very soon. Get rid of the habit of touching your face with your hands, do not be lazy to do cleansing masks twice a week - and enjoy your reflection in the mirror!
