Wrinkles around the eyes in women sometimes appear even at the age of 25. They do not always indicate that the body is aging. But whatever the reasons for the appearance of wrinkles - as a result of illness, improper care or active facial expressions, they undoubtedly age the face. It is not easy to reduce them if they have already appeared, but it is possible if you start solving the problem comprehensively.
A simple and very effective remedy that will help you keep the skin around your eyes in good condition for a long time is ice cubes. To prepare them, pour clean drinking water into ice cube trays and place them in the freezer. For an even better effect, use a mixture of water and milk in equal proportions or decoctions of herbs such as parsley, chamomile, and calendula. Use ice cubes in the morning and in the evening, gently rubbing them around the skin around the eyes.
Masks help to get rid of wrinkles and crow's feet. Melt a tablespoon of honey and combine it with beaten egg white, and then with a little flour and mix well. Apply this mask while warm to the area around the eyes. Keep until cool and then rinse. Take the pulp of white bread, dip in milk and apply to the skin for 10-15 minutes. You will notice the changes after a few procedures. Apply this mask every other day for a month.
If you are very emotional and used to express emotions violently (laughing, crying), or are used to squinting or frowning often, you cannot avoid early mimic wrinkles around your eyes. In this case, you should use those cosmetics that contain collagen and retinol. They will help strengthen the skin around the eyes and restore firmness and elasticity to it.
Clean your eyelids with makeup products that are designed for the skin around the eyes. Do not use lye soap or use makeup remover to clean these areas.
Apply the cream with your ring fingers on the skin around both eyes at the same time: gently pat on the upper eyelids from the inner corner of the eye to the outer, and under the eyes - from the outer corners to the inner.
Do eyelid exercises regularly that help smooth out fine wrinkles around the eyes: close your eyes and open your eyes; with your eyes closed, look up, down and around; slowly rotate with open eyes clockwise and counterclockwise. Do each exercise at least 10 times. After finishing, wash with cold water.
Massage: Moisten your fingertips with olive oil or a non-greasy nourishing cream. Relax. Use your middle fingers to move in a circular motion in the same direction as when cleansing the skin. Do not stretch the skin or apply pressure.
