Skin irritation can appear due to the influence of external causes. These are climatic conditions, improper care or a reaction to the use of an unsuitable cosmetic product. But irritation also occurs due to improper diet and exposure to stressful situations. Either way, try to calm your skin.
It is necessary
- -hop cones;
- - pharmacy chamomile;
- - St. John's wort, olive oil, oatmeal;
- -fruit juice, sour cream, olive oil;
The easiest way is to buy special cosmetics for sensitive skin care. But keep in mind that it is undesirable to use tonics containing alcohol.
Steam baths are great for relieving skin irritation. But do not get carried away with them if you have rosacea. Take one tablespoon of finely chopped hop cones and add it to a quart of water. Heat to a boil, then remove from heat. Use the broth immediately. Lean over the container, cover with a towel, and keep your face above the steam. If you have oily skin - 8-10 minutes, if dry - only 3-4 minutes. Be sure to use a moisturizer after the procedure.
Compresses will help you fix the problem. Make a decoction of chamomile and soak a clean napkin in it. Apply it to your face and keep it on for about 15 to 20 minutes. To prepare the broth, pour a tablespoon of pharmacy chamomile with a glass of boiling water and leave to infuse for about an hour.
Brew 2 tablespoons of hop cones in 250 ml of boiling water. Leave on until the temperature of the decoction is acceptable to your skin. Strain the broth and use in the form of compresses and lotions.
Apply masks for irritated skin 2 times a week. Mix half a stall spoon of chopped St. John's wort with a tablespoon of warm boiled water. Add a tablespoon each of olive oil and oatmeal. Stir and apply the mixture to your face for about a quarter of an hour. You can add vitamins A and E, which are sold at the pharmacy, to the mask.
Mix 2 teaspoons of fruit juice and 2 teaspoons of sour cream together and add a teaspoon of olive oil to them. Keep the mask on your face for 15 to 20 minutes. Then rinse off with warm water.
If your skin is prone to irritation, try not to constantly use soap when washing your face. Use a moisturizer after each water treatment. Eliminate spicy and spicy foods from your diet.
