Home cosmetics are high-end products. While you can buy dozens of medicines for all ailments, shampoos and conditioners with magical effects in a regular pharmacy, it is easy to get lost in the composition and purpose of cosmetics. People with skin conditions, hair and complexion problems know how difficult it is to find the right product.
In addition, cosmetics with plant extracts or "fresh" cosmetics with a shelf life of less than a few years are often expensive and inaccessible to the average person. The recipes below are very affordable and after using them, the skin freshens up in the eyes.
Warming Spicy Massage Oil Recipe
- 1⁄2 cup almond oil
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 2-3 stars of anise,
- 1 drop of vitamin E (in a capsule),
- 12 drops of cinnamon oil
- 8 drops of black pepper oil
- 8 drops of ginger essential oil
- 20 drops of orange essential oil.
Place anise stars in a screw cap bottle, coat with almond and avocado oils, then add essential oils and vitamin E from the punctured capsule. Store the bottle in a cool dark place. Shake well before each use.
Egg & Green Tea Shampoo Recipe for Dry Hair
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons strong green tea
- 1⁄2 tablespoon of white clay
- 2-3 drops of orange, geranium or lavender essential oil.
Prepare green tea - it must be remembered that it is brewed with boiled, but slightly cooled water. Separate the yolk from the egg and mix with green tea and white clay. Add essential oil and mix thoroughly. Massage the shampoo into the scalp and rinse.
Recipe for a softening avocado hair mask
- 1 yolk,
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1⁄2 lemon
- 1⁄2 avocado
Add the yolk to the squeezed lemon juice and grind until smooth. Slowly pour in the oil, stirring constantly (this mask is prepared in much the same way as homemade mayonnaise). Then add the avocado puree. Apply the mask to hair and leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and then wash your hair a few more times with shampoo.
Parsley and Lemon Ice Cube Recipe to Shrink Pores
- 1 handful of parsley leaves
- 1 glass of water
- 1⁄2 lemon
Chop parsley leaves, pour boiling water over and leave for 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Allow the tonic to cool, then pour into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer. In the morning, take one cube from the mold and gently massage your face with it.
