It takes some time to prepare - it's worth doing because scrubs, masks, and homemade bath lotions are really effective. You do not need special equipment (sometimes a blender or mixer is enough). You can find most of the products you need at your local grocery store or pharmacy.

Applying foot masks at least once a week will leave your skin feeling smooth and refreshed. They can exfoliate, moisturize, or regenerate. It's up to you which one to choose. After preparing the mask, apply it to your feet and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. To enhance the effect, you can wrap your feet with kitchen foil for this time or put on socks and go to bed, and wash off the mask only in the morning.

Moisturizing mask

Take 100 g of cottage cheese, 4 tablespoons of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly. Apply the mixture to your feet, and after washing, use lotion or cream.

Mask for cracked heels

To prevent cracking, boil 2 potatoes with the skins, crush them and mix with milk (1-2 tablespoons). When the pulp has cooled slightly, apply it to your feet.

If your heels are already cracked, soak them in a mask of digested flaxseed or petroleum jelly. To do this, add 6 tablespoons of petroleum jelly, add oil from 6 vitamin E capsules and a few drops of tea oil. Leave the mask on your feet until it is absorbed (you can do the procedure before bed, put on socks and leave the mask overnight).

Revitalizing mask

Mix 3 bananas with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and apply to your feet.

You can also use oatmeal, which is full of valuable nutrients. Mix them with a little warm milk or yogurt and a tablespoon of honey and leave on the skin for a quarter of an hour.

Avocados also have many benefits. This vegetable mask nourishes and moisturizes the skin. Knead soft avocado with 3 tablespoons plain yogurt and apply for 20 minutes, wrapping feet in foil.

Exfoliating mask

Mix 1/4 cup almonds with the same amount of oatmeal. Grind everything in a blender. Add 3 tablespoons of oil and 2 tablespoons of honey. You can also use an egg, a glass of kefir and the same amount of lemon juice to soften and remove dead skin. Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and add the contents of the two vitamin E capsules to them. The mass will be thin enough so do not place it on your feet, but dip it into it.

Mask for tired feet

After a long day at work, boil the chamomile and let it cool down. Cut a bunch of parsley, mint leaves and mix everything with the infusion. You can replace the chamomile infusion with milk (half a glass is enough).

Their main task is to smooth the skin and remove dead skin. However, peels also have an effect of improving blood circulation, which regenerates the skin and nourishes every cell in it. They will work after the bath as the next step in foot care. For peeling, we can use substances with a crystalline structure, which will have an abrasive effect during the massage.

For not very hard skin

Combine fine sugar with half a teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of honey. Massage your feet for about 5 minutes.

Dead skin is also effectively removed with ground coffee. To use its properties, take two tablespoons of coffee, three honey, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the ingredients and massage them on your feet.

Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of brown, ground or fine sugar to 2 tablespoons of honey. This peeling has a smoothing and antibacterial effect.
