Boil water, put 1 green tea bag in a mug, then hot water (not boiling water), and cover with a lid. After about 15 minutes, pour the tea leaves into a bowl so you can comfortably soak a small towel in it. Apply a warm compress to the neck and shoulders for several tens of seconds.

You need two small towels and two bowls - one with warm water, the other with cold mineral water. Soak one towel in each container, then alternately put them (first warm, then cold) for several tens of seconds on the neck and décolleté. Repeat this action 5 times.

Pour about 2 tablespoons of cereal into a glass and pour over warm milk (preferably homemade). Massage the gruel around the neck and décolleté with gentle circular movements. After a few minutes of massage, wash everything with warm water.

In a small bowl or mug, combine 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of natural yogurt. Add a few drops of vegetable oil. After this scrub, it is best to rub the skin with toner to restore its natural pH.

A warning! Soda has a rather intense effect, so this peeling option is not recommended for people with sensitive or acne-prone skin.

Ingredients:

- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

- 1 cup of hot milk

- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon of natural honey.

Pour the milk over the parsley, cover and set aside. After about 15 minutes add lemon and honey, mix thoroughly. In the mixture prepared in this way, soak a small towel or cheesecloth and apply on the décolleté, keep for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water and apply a nourishing cream.

Ingredients:

- 4 tablespoons fresh or dried rosemary

- 1 cup of hot milk.

Add rosemary to milk and wait until it cools. Apply the resulting paste for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
