Instructions

Step 1

To pierce your lip, you will need a tongue holder, a piercing catheter needle, and a lip jewelry (labret). The puncture site can be on the left, right, under the nose. You can pierce the bridle inside, then the piercing will be visible inside, while smiling.

Step 2

The decoration can be different, but it is advisable to choose a thickness of 1, 6 mm and a length of 6-10 mm. Keep in mind that if you choose a lambreta 2-3 mm longer than the width of the lip, then the healing process will be faster. These can be rings, micro-rods, microbananas. The main thing is that the decoration, on the one hand, is not too long and does not touch the enamel of the teeth, and on the other hand, it is not short. Otherwise, there is a risk of overgrowing the caps of the jewelry. If this happens, then change the jewelry to a longer one. Also pay attention to the fact that if you have gold crowns, then metal jewelry cannot be worn for a long time, otherwise the mucous membranes of the mouth may be irritated. In this case, opt for plastic or titanium jewelry.

Step 3

Before the procedure, rinse your mouth with a solution of hydrogen peroxide diluted with water in a 1: 1 ratio for 5 minutes. Then treat the puncture site with an antiseptic cloth or alcohol. Dip the decoration itself into an antiseptic solution for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Secure the lip with a clamp so that the puncture site is in the windows of the clamp. Pierce the skin fold with a sterile needle. After removing the needle, leave the catheter tube, insert the leg of the jewelry into it. Gently push the catheter out of the hole with the foot. Note that the lambrette is inserted from the inside to the outside. Hold the fold of the skin to prevent the catheter from sliding off the leg. When a thread appears in the canal, remove the catheter and twist the ball.

Step 5

After piercing, rinse your mouth again with an equal proportion of hydrogen peroxide solution diluted with water. Apply chlorhexidine digluconate to the skin at the puncture site. Do not remove the earring for 6 weeks, in the first days, refrain from visiting the bathhouse, swimming pool, swimming in open water. Treat the puncture site with an antiseptic daily. After eating, be sure to rinse your mouth with a diluted solution of hydrogen peroxide or furacilin, stop using alcohol.
