Cool your skin
Use one of the most effective methods for treating bags under the eyes - cool the skin. Use ice cubes to lightly massage the skin around your eyes for a few minutes. For best results, pour herbal teas, such as sage, into ice cube trays instead of regular water.
This green perfectly refreshes the skin, dispelling the liquid underneath. Chop the parsley finely, you need about one tablespoon. Pour a glass of boiling water over and let it brew for 20 minutes. Refrigerate slightly. Apply a warm lotion for 10-15 minutes and your appearance will please you again. You can also make a kind of mask with parsley. Chop the parsley (1 tsp) and mix with 1 tsp. sour cream. Apply the mixture to your eyelids for 10 minutes.
You can simply cut a few slices of raw potatoes and apply them for 20 minutes. It will be more effective to grate it, wrap it in gauze and apply it to the eyelids. Another option for a mask with potatoes is to mix it with 2 tsp. flour and 2 tsp. milk. Use the mask for 10-15 minutes.
Grate cucumber, raw potatoes and chop parsley
Wrap this mixture in cheesecloth and apply to the eyelids. Neither bags under the eyes nor dark circles can withstand a triple blow.
Make a sage compress
To do this, pour 1 tsp. sage with half a glass of boiling water, leave for 10 minutes in a sealed container, then strain. Pour half off and refrigerate for 5 minutes, keep the other half warm. Lie down and apply a warm compress for 10 minutes. Remove and immediately apply cold compress for the same time. The best effect will be achieved with several changes of warm and cold compress.
Perhaps your rhythm of life is somewhat rushed, and the body thus shows you the need for a break. Make sure that you sleep for at least 8 hours, exclude alcohol at least for a while, reduce the amount of salt you consume.
