The duration of tanning depends on your skin condition. Just like where you sunbathed. Southern tan is more intense, but also goes away faster than acquired in the middle lane. Usually, a tan lasts for 2 to 4 weeks, unless you take measures to strengthen it.
After showering, use a tanning cream. They contain vitamins C, E, F, B5. They help to maintain a beautiful golden hue, while also moisturizing the skin.
Use an old proven remedy. Wipe your face morning and evening with infusion of black tea. It's a good idea to use coffee grounds for a scrub. Apply it not only to your face, but also to your entire body.
Brew 8 tablespoons of chamomile or a string with a liter of boiling water and leave to infuse under the lid. After two hours, strain the infusion and use to wipe the skin.
Mix a small amount of carrot juice with a few drops of vegetable oil. Better than olive. Apply to face for a quarter of an hour. You should not do this mask for women with pale skin. Instead of being tanned, the skin may turn yellow.
Make masks from one tomato with two tablespoons of cottage cheese. Add a teaspoon of any vegetable oil and a tablespoon of milk to them. Stir all ingredients thoroughly and apply for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Avoid bleaching treatments. Do not use whey, lemon, cucumber, St. John's wort extract for body care.
Don't go to the sauna. Heat and steam expand and cleanse the pores of the skin. Because of this, the tan fades.
Vitamin A also helps keep your tan, so add more vitamin A to your diet. These are milk, spinach, egg yolk, butter, tomatoes, beef liver. Drink apricot and carrot juices. The vitamin is best absorbed in combination with fats. Therefore, the same carrots should be eaten with vegetable oil or sour cream. Orange and red fruits and vegetables can also help keep your tan.
Drink at least eight glasses of water daily. Better still mineral.
