Step 2
Take a honey bath once a week. Dissolve 100 ml of honey in warm (38-39 degrees) water. Lie in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with cool water and pat your body with a towel. Course - 15 procedures per month. To improve the cosmetic effect, add a liter of milk to the water in addition to honey.
Step 3
Use honey wraps. In 2 tbsp. liquid honey, add 3 drops of lemon, rosemary or juniper essential oil and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir the mixture until smooth and apply to your belly skin.
