Some girls and women begin to think about the appearance of heels only on the eve of the summer season, when it comes time to wear open shoes. But this behavior is erroneous and our feet, and especially heels, require increased attention to themselves all year round.

Step 1

To keep the skin on the heels always soft and tender, it is recommended to regularly (once a week) perform several cosmetic procedures. Fill a basin with warm water, add a little liquid soap to it and dip your feet in water. When the skin has softened a little, take your leg out of the pelvis and carefully remove the stratum corneum on the heels. You can use a regular pumice stone, a heel brush, or a special razor to remove dead skin. Do the same with the other leg.

Step 2

Apply a scrub to the skin of your feet and massage them thoroughly, paying particular attention to the heel area. Rinse off the scrub with warm water and dry your feet with a towel.

Step 3

Apply a nourishing cream to the skin of the feet and heels, massage your feet a little with your toes, put on cotton socks and leave them on your feet for two hours.

Step 4

You can then apply a moisturizer to your feet and heels.

Step 5

Soak your feet in herbal decoction weekly, use chamomile, plantain, linden, nettle, birch buds, etc. for this.

Step 6

Daily routines include the following: Wash your feet daily with warm water and glycerin soap. Clean your heels with a pumice stone. If you wear open shoes, you should wash your feet every time you come home. Otherwise, the dirt clogs microcracks in the skin of the heels and causes them to crack and peel.

Step 7

If the skin on the heels is very rough, then make nourishing masks based on olive oil or sour cream. This mask should be left on overnight with cotton socks on your feet. In the morning, wash off the mask with warm water and glycerin soap.

Step 8

Another emergency recipe is suitable for those who have recently returned from the sea. Everyone knows that sea water is very dry skin. Pour warm water and hot milk into a bowl in a one-to-one ratio. The temperature of the liquid must be at least 42-44 degrees. Spread your legs in this bath, then apply a thick layer of baby cream to the skin of your feet, wrap your feet with plastic wrap and put on cotton socks. In the morning, rinse off the remaining cream with warm water.
