You can also determine what type of constitution your body belongs to by the girth of the wrist. If it is less than 16 cm, you are an asthenic; if it ranges from 16 to 18, 5, you are a normosthenic, but if the girth of the wrist is more than 18, 5 cm, you are a hypersthenic.
