Massage the eye area every morning. Immediately after washing your face in the morning, gently massage your lower eyelid with your fingertips. Perform movements from the temple to the bridge of the nose. Continue the massage for 2-4 minutes.

Step 3

After the massage, use a special gel or cream designed to lighten the skin around the eyes. Apply it with your fingertips using light strokes on the lower eyelid from the temples to the bridge of the nose.

Step 4

After applying the cream or gel, make several sufficiently strong pressure movements on the edges of the orbit in the same direction (i.e. from the temples to the bridge of the nose). Continue these movements for 1-2 minutes. When performing them, make sure that the skin does not stretch or move (that is, the pressure should be gentle and precise).

Step 5

Do the following water gymnastics daily or every other day. Fill a wide, clean container with cold water, dip your face into the water and close and open your eyelids several times right in the water.

Step 6

Do the following exercises for 10 minutes. Close your eyes, fix the skin at the corners of the eyes with your index fingers so that it does not collect into wrinkles. Squin your eyes with full force for 6 seconds, then completely relax your eyelids. This kind of gymnastics can be done 1-4 times a day.

Step 7

Make a refreshing mask with grated raw potatoes or mashed parsley roots. Apply the mask to the eyelids for 10-20 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. You need to do such a mask once a week for a month.

Step 8

Make contrasting lotions from herbal infusions. Brew 1 teaspoon of dill or chamomile in half a glass of boiling water, after cooling, divide the tincture into 2 parts. Cool one part strongly, heat the other. Apply to the area around the eyes with a gauze cloth dipped alternately in hot and cold infusion. Carry out this procedure every other day for one month.
