Cleaning up vomit is an extremely unpleasant business, although it is unlikely that many managed to avoid this occupation. It is especially unpleasant to find dried tracks left by your beloved cat in some corner. Then cleaning up vomit can turn into hellish work. We hope this article will help you make your life easier.

Instructions
Step 1
On the floor and any other hard surface, first cover the vomit with fresh cat litter. Once it has absorbed most of the dirt, spot it and throw it away. Then wipe the dirty area with a damp sponge or rag (you can use some kind of detergent), then wipe dry. If you don't have filler, you can easily replace it with starch or baking soda.
Step 2
Vomit adhering to a hard surface should be scraped off with a spatula, spatula, or kitchen knife. Then wash the area with a cloth or sponge dipped in dishwashing liquid (without water), rinse and dry. If the vomit has corroded the coating, renew it using spot treatment.
Step 3
When cleaning vomit from upholstery or carpet, first wipe off anything hard with paper towels, then with a damp sponge. Next, sprinkle the resulting damp spot with regular baking soda, which absorbs the liquid, and also neutralizes the acid and relieves you of the unpleasant odor. Now let the baking soda dry, remove it with a vacuum cleaner. Then sponge with a solution of one teaspoon of dishwashing liquid and a glass of cold water. Then rinse everything and pat dry with paper towels or paper towels.
Step 4
If vomit gets on bedding or other linen, rinse it off under cold running water. Only keep the thing down with the soiled side and do not use boiling water or hot water from the tap. The vomit contains proteins that curdle up when exposed to hot water. This makes the dirt more difficult to remove. Scrape off the vomit that has dried on the clothes, then soak the thing for several hours in cold water with an enzyme agent that is used to prepare the laundry for washing.
Step 5
It doesn't matter if the stains are fresh or old, you can also rub a little undiluted special detergent into them, and then wash the item with a detergent in warm water. Re-soak the remaining stain in the same product or bleach. Moreover, chlorine bleach should be used for white clothes, and oxygen bleach for colored ones. It is better to dry things on a rope (preferably outdoors), and not in a drying chamber.
