- Linen, cotton: ammonia, table salt, a glass of water.
- Wool: soapy water, oxalic acid, a glass of water.

Instructions
Step 1
Silk fabric.
Dissolve 1 tablespoon of table salt in a glass of warm water. With this composition, stretch the required area, you can pre-soak for 5-10 minutes. After the stain is removed, rinse the item thoroughly with water.
Step 2
Linen, cotton fabric.
Take ammonia and table salt in equal proportions. For example, 1 teaspoon each. Dissolve the resulting mixture in a glass of warm water. Soak a garment with traces and smell from sweat for 5-10 minutes and rinse under running water.
Step 3
Woolen fabric.
Prepare a thick soapy water solution. To do this, pour a small bar of soap with boiling water, about 5 g of soap - 2 tablespoons of water. Rub the sweat stain with this solution, then wash the item. Next, dissolve 1 teaspoon of oxalic acid in a glass of water and soak the item for 5-10 minutes. After this procedure, it is recommended to rinse the clothes in warm water.
Step 4
Silk fabric.
If the silk fabric is white, dilute 1:10 with hydrogen peroxide and water. Rub this solution over the desired area of the fabric. This method effectively removes sweat stains.
