  • - kefir;
  • - mustard;
  • - yolk;
  • - salt;
  • - birch leaves;
  • - burdock roots;
  • - onion;
  • - lemon;
  • - Castor oil;
  • - black bread.

Step 1

Fighting hair loss

Mix 250 ml of kefir with one tablespoon of dry mustard and one yolk. Apply the mixture to your hair, paying special attention to the roots. Wrap a bag and towel over your head. You need to wash off such a mask from your hair after at least half an hour. Rinse with warm water and a regular balm that you are used to using.

Step 2

Another way to get rid of hair loss and generally improve the condition of your hair is to use table salt. Wash your hair with shampoo, lightly squeeze your hair. Take salt and rub it on the scalp for 10-15 minutes, while doing a little massage. Then rinse off the remaining salt thoroughly.

Step 3

Strengthening and overall health of hair

For these purposes, there are a huge number of recipes, the most popular of which consists of birch leaves. Make a decoction of them, cool and strain. Rinse your hair with it several times a week (for example, after a regular wash). It is especially useful to do this in the autumn-winter period.

Step 4

Take burdock roots, cover with water and simmer over high heat until about a quarter of the liquid has evaporated. Cool and strain the broth. Moisten your hair with it every day for a week, and it will reward you with softness and improved appearance.

Step 5

Fight dandruff

Take an onion and use a meat grinder or blender to turn it into gruel. Apply the resulting substance to the roots of the head and cover it with a bag and towel for half an hour. You will have to wash off such a mask more thoroughly than usual, because the smell of onions is quite difficult to eliminate. But the result will be visible after a few applications. Mix the juice of one lemon with one tablespoon of castor oil and one yolk. Rub the mixture into the roots before shampooing, leaving it to work for about half an hour.

Step 6

Dry hair

They need special care and many healthy recipes have been created for them. For example, beat in an egg yolk (or a few if you have long hair) and apply it all over your hair. It needs to be rubbed into the scalp a little. Wait three to five minutes and wash off with warm water without shampoo.

Step 7

Greasy hair

Take stale black bread, chop and pour boiling water over it. Wait for the mixture to cool down. Use a fork to turn it into a gruel and apply to the scalp. The exposure time is half an hour. Rinse off the bread mask, preferably with clean water, without using shampoo or balm.
