Washing your clothes regularly is a basic hygiene. And the hat is no exception. If you wear a hat frequently, you should also wash it frequently. After all, it absorbs sweat, sebum from the hair, and if it is not washed, very soon it will look and smell very unpresentable. There are a number of rules on how to wash your hat so that it does not lose its appearance.

Instructions
Step 1
Read the label sewn into the cap from the inside. It contains instructions on how to wash your hat. If there are no instructions, try going to the website of the manufacturer of this hat and find recommendations for washing the product.
Step 2
Hand wash your hat with a mild shampoo, this is the easiest method. Rinse in cool water, squeeze lightly with your hands. Some hats, like woolen hats, can only be washed this way.
Step 3
If you want to wash your baseball cap, place it in the dishwasher in the same way you would for a cup or glass. Add regular dish detergent. Make sure there are no dishes in the machine. Start the machine normally.
Step 4
You can dry the hat in the following ways: 1) putting it on a three-liter jar; 2) hanging on a clothespin; 3) with a hair dryer. You should not dry the washed hat on a radiator or in a tumble dryer, as the hat will almost certainly shrink and you will no longer be able to wear it.
