And going on a strict diet is strictly contraindicated, since you will create stress on your body, and it is not known how and how it will end.

3 - Consider exercises to improve your figure. The third step, just like the previous ones, is very important, like the third link in the middle of the chain. You can develop a whole range of exercises to tighten and improve your figure, or you can take up dancing, for example, oriental. Belly dance, if you take it seriously, will make you very slim and graceful.

These three steps were the first step, which includes both moral preparation and the beginning of the path to the ideal figure.

Why do you need a regime and daily routine. For the body to work like a clock and to feel great. If you sleep every day until lunchtime, then live for half a day on snacks and wander from corner to corner, but at the same time want to look good, nothing will come of it. So work and hard work on yourself await you. The main thing is that you like it, it may even sound funny, especially if you are used to flexible hours, nevertheless, it is your choice to create your ideal and achieve a flawless appearance.

When you act in a holistic manner, the result will not keep you waiting. Just 2-3 weeks to live according to a schedule, moreover, developed by ourselves, the effect must appear. A toned figure, beautiful gait, sparkle in the eyes, silk hair and beautiful nails, and so on.

15: 30-17: 00 - exercise, fitness, yoga, dry rubbing.
