At home, it is very difficult to produce a uniform hair color. But nothing is impossible. A little skill, experience and you can already masterfully perform this procedure yourself.

Step 1
When buying paint, pay attention to the tube. It is better when its cap has a special spout for applying the solution. Before starting the process, carefully read the instructions.
Step 2
It is better to apply the dye to dry hair. This will apply it more evenly and will not leave any unpainted areas. Apply any greasy cream to the side of the forehead and neck so that the paint does not accidentally stain these places.
Step 3
Put on gloves first and mix the dye and bleach. Use porcelain or glassware (unless there is a special tube for mixing and applying paint in the package).
Step 4
Divide the hair into separate partings: in front from the forehead to the back of the head and separately the side parts at the temples. Begin to paint over the roots carefully. To do this, grab a small strand with the back end of a thin comb and apply paint with a brush. Turn the dyed strand over and work with the next one. This is how the top of the head is processed first, then the sides.
Step 5
Painting the back will be trickier. For a start, it would be a good idea to invite a friend to help you with this job. But if she is busy, you can do it herself. Also separate the strands and smear them with paint. Here, do not save paint, as the back of the hair is always dyed weaker.
Step 6
After that, gently massage your entire head with your hands (without removing gloves!) To evenly distribute the paint. If the hair is short, you can additionally comb it with a wide-toothed comb. But in no case use metal, otherwise the paint will react with metal.
Step 7
After keeping the dye on your hair for the required time, which is indicated in the instructions, slightly dampen your hair and massage your head thoroughly again, after which you can start rinsing.
Step 8
Wash off the paint under warm running water until the water is completely clarified. Then a special balm must be applied to the hair, which fixes the color and gives it shine. Rinse your hair again.
