Most of the women’s image change experiments are about hairstyles. A radical haircut or creative coloring sometimes causes regret about what has been done and then it becomes necessary to accelerate hair growth in order to return to the previous image.
On average, human hair grows at a rate of 1–1.5 cm per month. In winter, the growth process slows down somewhat, and for those who do not wear a hat in sub-zero temperatures, it may stop altogether. The vessels of the scalp narrow from the cold and cease to fully nourish the hair follicles.
Smoking also contributes to vasospasm and impaired hair growth.
It is necessary to stimulate hair growth from the inside and outside. Add cereals, nuts, green vegetables to your diet. Brewer's yeast, taken as a dietary supplement, will provide the body with B vitamins, which have a positive effect on the condition of the hair. Drink a tablespoon of flaxseed oil in the morning on an empty stomach, so you will provide yourself with a daily dose of selenium - a beauty vitamin.
Take vitamins in tablets and capsules while dieting.
Topical hair growth products include masks, herbal lotions and daily scalp massage. The principle of stimulation is to increase blood circulation around the hair follicle.
One of the most effective masks is pepper. You can buy hot pepper tincture at a pharmacy or make your own. A pod of red hot pepper is cut into rings and 100 grams of vodka is infused for three weeks in a dark place.
Mix two tablespoons of water with a spoonful of pepper tincture and add two tablespoons of almond oil. For nutritional benefits, add the contents of two Aevita capsules to the liquid. Put on rubber gloves and apply the mask to the entire scalp with a cotton swab. Wrap your head in plastic and wrap it with a terry towel on top. A strong burning sensation is considered normal, but if you feel pain, wash off the mask immediately. The minimum exposure time for a pepper mask is 30 minutes. Even if you do not feel uncomfortable, you should not keep the composition on the skin for more than an hour.
For sensitive scalp, dilute the tincture not with water, but with kefir.
Another burning mask for accelerating hair growth is mustard. Take two tbsp. tablespoons of mustard powder and a teaspoon of sugar, mix. Add egg yolk, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of peach oil and add hot water until a liquid gruel forms. While the mass is still warm, massage onto the scalp. Put on a cellophane cap and an insulating cap. After 45 minutes, wash your hair with a mild shampoo and let your hair dry naturally. If the burning sensation was faint, increase the amount of sugar next time.
To avoid overdrying the scalp, apply "burning" masks once a week. This will be enough to stimulate hair growth.
Nettle has a very beneficial effect on the condition of the hair, strengthens the roots and adds shine. Take 100 grams of dry nettle leaves, add half a liter of boiling water and 300 ml of 6% vinegar. Simmer over low heat for an hour. Strain and pour into a bottle, store in the refrigerator. Homemade nettle lotion is rubbed into the scalp every evening for 10 days. Do not wash off.
Scalp massage stimulates hair growth well. Get in the habit of combing your hair in the morning and in the evening at least 100 times from the back of the head to the forehead and back. Brushing with a natural bristle brush will be most beneficial.
