In the heat of summer, you don't want to put on a lot of makeup, create complex styling and wear stylish but uncomfortable clothes. However, you shouldn't sacrifice beauty either. Choose stylish outfits, take care of your skincare, and master simple yet bold hairstyles suitable for the beach and the office.
Choosing a hairstyle
Find a hairstyle that does not require a lot of styling products and fiddling with tongs and curlers. In the heat, the curls are unlikely to keep their shape. Give preference to a variety of braids, plaits, ponytails. Use a leave-in balm and wet-look gel instead of varnish and foam. For more decorativeness, complement the hairstyle with hairpins, elastic bands, headbands and artificial flowers.
Sun protection and skin hydration are of particular importance. Choose a mild moisturizing body milk and cream with an SPF of at least 15. This protection is enough for the city, on the beach it will have to be strengthened.
In summer, creams and gels with a cooling effect are especially good. Choose products with the addition of plant extracts, menthol and caffeine - they not only moisturize the skin, but also tighten it, making the body more attractive. For day care, use light, non-greasy products to give your skin a delicate glow. Tanned skin looks great with golden powders or creams, a light pearlescent pink glow will go.
Instead of exhausting hours at the beach, use a self-tanner. A small portion of the product can be added to a moisturizer - such a duo will replace the usual foundation. Spray self-tanners work well for the body. Before using it, scrub your skin thoroughly. Your tan will look smoother and more natural.
In hot weather, you probably won't want to put a lot of makeup on your face. A moisturizing fluid with a toning effect will help to hide minor imperfections and even out the complexion. Choose a light, water-based product that does not interfere with the free breathing of your skin. You can refuse powder. Matting wipes with tea extract will help remove excess shine - they do not smear makeup and do not cause irritation.
Use light, water-based creams instead of your usual powdery eyeshadow and blush. They have a long-lasting formula and beautiful translucent shades that are great for summer. Try unusual bright colors like coral blush, turquoise, pink, or mint green.
Leave the eyeliner for special occasions. During the day, it is better to limit yourself to waterproof lengthening mascara - brown, blue, green or purple. This mascara goes well with tanned skin and bright summer outfits.
For lips, use translucent moisturizing lipsticks in berry shades. They can be supplemented with bright nail polish. Be sure to do a colored pedicure - in open sandals, painted nails look much more attractive. Don't use the same color for manicure and pedicure. For hands and feet, you should choose different shades of the same range or fashionable contrasting varnishes.
