Depending on the type of skin, appropriate care is selected, because dry skin requires completely different care, which will not suit oily skin, and so on. That is why it is very important to be able to determine the type of facial skin.

Necessary
a regular napkin, a trip to a dermatologist
Instructions
Step 1
Visit a dermatologist, who will diagnose your skin type and give you the result, according to which you can select facial skin care, creams, masks, peels and so on.
Step 2
Carry out the diagnosis yourself - it is not easy, and the result may have errors. You need to examine your skin very carefully in daylight, you should not wash your face in the morning, there should be no makeup on your skin. It is best not to use mirrors as they can enlarge the pores of the facial skin even when they are not enlarged - the mirrors we use every day are not designed for purposes such as diagnosing skin type.
Step 3
Apply a dry washcloth to your face in the morning. When the napkin stays dry, it can be said that the skin is dry. If there are barely noticeable spots on the napkin, you are the owner of normal skin, which is very good. When noticeable greasy spots remain on the napkin, we are talking about oily skin that requires special care, just like dry skin. When greasy spots remain on the napkin, but not in all places, we are talking about a mixed type of facial skin.
Step 4
Take a clean glass and roll it over your forehead. And then on the rest of the face - on the chin, on the cheeks, on the nose. By the traces left on the glass, one can judge the type of facial skin. If the marks are strongly noticeable at all points - the skin is oily, if in some - the skin is combination, and if not noticeable anywhere - it is dry. If the marks are slightly visible, you have normal skin. In addition, the skin on the face can be sensitive. Such skin can be identified by its reaction to cold and heat - it reacts very painfully to any changes. Such a code requires special gentle care.
